Offer only your own reflection on your own sitting. No advice to others, no preaching at people, no links, no politics, no selling. Kindness is the whole policy.

1. Offer only your own words, from your own sitting.
2. Write as yourself, to yourself first. Don’t address, advise, correct, or preach at other readers.
3. No links, promotions, fundraising, or political campaigning.
4. Nothing unkind, harassing, or demeaning — including toward groups.
5. Don’t share anyone else’s private words (including from a Together sitting) without their clear permission.
6. Admins select for the public page by hand; not being selected is not a judgment, and selections aren’t appealable — but your own published reflection can be taken down at your request, any time, no questions.
